2-5 business days is untrue. It's been over 2 weeks and hasn't seemed to move

Products are ok, but support is terrible. Ordered a package, reached out do support due to rural hard-to-reach address. They replied once changes had been completed, however delivery address is still incorrect on carrier. Reached out to them with delivery instructions, no reply. Now, package has failed to deliver, reach out to support, and they are not available for a whole week!

El día que recibía el paquete no salí de casa, la empresa de reparto puso que no había nadie y lo tuve que ir a recoger a un local a 30 minutos de mi casa. Cuando recojo el paquete lo veo en mal estado y al abrirlo la caja del producto está un poco rota por un golpe, abro la caja y el producto parece en buen estado pero al probarlo después de haberlo cargado no funciona, solo hace ruido. Al mandar un correo a la compañía para que me ofrezcan una solución recibo un correo donde se me informa que desde el día 29 de septiembre al 7 de octubre están de vacaciones y que hasta el 8 de octubre no me dirán nada. Estoy muy decepcionado.

Have not solved my issue. I need to return this product for your technical staff to send me the correct charging cable. The one provided as a replacement cable DOES NOT WORK with this device even though you claim it is the correct one.

Please check your records for the Amy 2 cable charger. The one I ordered did not work. Which one should I have ordered?

Note: Customer service was very helpful and accommodating, My Neo 2 was replaced with a Hannes Neo Thank you SVAKOM Alex Neo 2, Hannes Neo.. Unsatisfactory products, I don't think they work with men on these products. The actual sleeve is useless. There is no stroking action at all, as there is nowhere for the air to go and all the thrusting action did was push my member back and forth making it the experience uncomfortable. I did find holes at the base of the sleeve but they were so tiny, they were blocked and when I could get the sleeve working it would stop because of the force required to move it with my member inside. Suggestions would be larger holes for air to escape, and vibration option. The sleeve material could be a softer silicone, maybe different shaped nodules inside? How about a base suction cup as well? The app is ok, could have slower options on it, as well as vibration options. Will not be buying anymore products from this company.

I bought the Samneo and I really thought it’d be an enjoyable product but I literally can’t get myself in it. I tried an insane amount of lube still nothing. Super disappointing that there was no size warning on the box. I’m 6.5” long and 4” around. So thicker fellas beware you won’t fit most likely. Super disappointed.
