I bought my pulse neo light when i went to japan and after 3 use it didn't work. I sent an email to svakom and they sent me a replacement!!!! Thank you so much!!!!!

Customer service is outstanding! Unit I purchased was defective, and with VERY little hassle, a new one was sent to me free of any charge! New product worked really well, and I highly recommend Svakom

I was curious on the Sam Neo 2 Pro and bought one from a local seller. It's a really impressive piece of hardware, superb features of separate controls, heating and powerful suction. However, the whole inner electronics section fell out when pressing the on/off button! I took a few photos and sent to support and immediately got a replacement unit sent from the factory!! Amazing! (Ofc it shouldn't fall out, but anyone can have QA issues, the main point is that it was quickly fixed)

LIFETIME SVAKOM CUSTOMER Doris was outstanding with her help. The brochure gave inaccurate info about what IKER could do. Doris is shipping me a Vick Neo at no charge that gives me access to camming sites and pornhub which I want. The product is the product and it does it's job well. Mine broke while in the warranty period and Svakom's customer service was spot on. With a couple back and forth emails they were happy to send me a replacement. Companies are great when things are working. It's when things stop working that they show why we choose them.

I had a vibrator and it just stopped working. Svakom had a two year warranty on the product. My product was 362 days old. It was on high rotation and was used heavily. Within 48 hours a replacement was being shipped to me. Without any questions. I sent them a video and my receipt. The service was exceptional. It’s been a tough week not having my vibrator It’s made me appreciate how much I love my svakom
