I purchased the Pulse lite neo back in August and it was incredible. It was small and quiet.You can download a app so your partner can be in charge of your experience. (I thought that was a major turn on in itself) After a few months it started getting really loud and having issues so I wrote a email and within a day I had a response. The customer service is amazing they really know how to treat people! They honored my warranty and in no time at all I had a brand new one. I use it everyday. Thank you guys for the help, and keep them coming! I recommend them for the customer service alone.

Svakom had proven over and over that they are serious about customer satisfaction. They once again bend over backwards to assist me with my situation. Not only do they design and make wonderful toys they are dedicated to client satisfaction and they have never disappointed!! There is good customer satisfaction, there is great customer and there is outstanding customer satisfaction. Svakom is outstanding!
