I reached out to their support email on January 11th for a warranty claim after my product stopped working. They were quick to email me back, get my new address, and mail me a replacement! Today is the 17th and I just got the notification that it’s been delivered. Absolutely outstanding customer service on their part, I wish every company was like yours. Plus they create great products.

Initially, I had some issues with the device, as it stopped working after just a couple of minutes of testing. However, when I reached out to the support team, they were incredibly responsive and helpful. They promptly sent me a replacement, which works perfectly now. I really appreciate their support and how they handled the situation. Definitely a positive experience in the end!

Customer support and experience is just GREAT. The Svakom divice I bought in Mexico stoped working, at the time I emailed them to told them the problem they answered sending me a new one free of any charges. Love that brand!!

I like the product but I like the customer service so much more! When I was having issues with my device, customer service was quick and courteous in helping me resolve the issue. I appreciate that I did not have to jump through hoops to get my warranty honored. A truly great company to do business with.
