SVAKOM UNITED STATES INC.Reviews of svakom.net

Sometimes when you reach out to the manufacturer of a product you get nowhere and sometimes you get very little and sometimes you might get somewhere….but with this company I got a quick response to my email and after submitting the items requested I got taken care of the way I would take care of my customers. You see, I am the General Manager of a Customer Service call center and I was treated the way I expect customers to be treated. I didn’t expect anything but I did hope for the best. I received The Best!! Now that my issue has been resolved I will let them know this. They have great products and great prices but best of all they treat customers Great! You don’t get all 3 anymore so this was the day ever!! Thank you for your quality products and competitive prices and most importantly Best Customer Service Ever!! Thank you 😊

Amazon Shipping had a problem while delivering the package and Svakom sent me a new one. Nice customer service with Emily Huang

They were very helpful when I had one of their products that was malfunctioning. I purchased the item back in March, and they did not give me any trouble when it came to a replacement. We did play email tag for a few weeks but the end result is they honored their warranty. I am very happy with the service.

I recently experienced an issue with the product I purchased and reached out to SVAKOM for assistance. Emily from the support team handled my case with great professionalism. After I shared the required details about the issue, she resolved the situation smoothly and arranged for a brand-new replacement to be sent out. Emily kept the communication clear and responsive the whole time, even replying over the weekend to share the delivery updates. I truly appreciate her attentive help and the company's commitment to standing behind their products.

Great products and even better customer service. My product was faulty after a few months of its purchase and the replacement product arrived in about a week after my reaching out to customer service. 10/10 would recommend
