The IKER NEO is a truly excellent toy, especially with its remote control function and smartphone app. However, I only used it once and the toy wouldn't turn back on... customer service was very responsive and sent me a new item. Can't wait to use it :)

Recieved two devices, one of which would not charge. Customer service honored the warranty and sent a replacement at no charge.

Great customer service--responded quickly to a complaint about the battery life in one item (Tulip), replaced the item. New model (Cici) has decent battery life and the shape is well designed.

Close your eyes and think of the best orgasm you’ve ever experienced. The combination of both succion and vibration makes your experience surreal and joyful. The heating addition makes your experience more close to reality (almost)!

The products themselve are very good, but either I was unlucky with the two products I had received and filed a warranty for or there is a product problem in it, but two out of three had battery problems.

Alex neo 2 was a terrible experience. the sizing is small for a bit over average size. all the speed settings are too fast. seems untested. But after speaking with customer service, they where super helpful and we found an arrangement. I will be a returning customer.
