Great customer service! Easy communication

Product good, too many update emails

Originally I bought a toy from them used it once and broke and was kind of upset about it I then messaged them and they were able to send a replacement very quickly and the person that helped me out was very very helpful in the whole process thank you guys so much!!!

We purchased the Hello Klitty, great product. The suction stopped working shortly after. Contacted customer support, they asked for a video of the device charging, LEDs on, and pressing the buttons to prove it wasn't working. A new replacement one was sent and received within a week. Great after sales support.

Klitty came in 9 days which was within the 3 to 10 days promised . Not tried it as it is a present ,looks good , so thanks for prompt delivery .
