I have an old sex toy (as in 6y old). It was broke because we didn't used it. Wanted to try it again and it was broken. The battery was never used and so there wasn't enough power enymore to make it vibrate. Even though no other ferm would help you, they did. And they gave a discount for a following order. It was allready my favourite brand but this I wasn't expecting. Love love love!!
