Top notch, super excellent customer service! I ran into a problem with one of the products I bought. I just emailed to let them know about the problem. They were very responsive and super nice. I was not expecting anything but they ended up sending me a different product as a replacement. Customer service beyond expectations! Super great, high quality products too!

I contacted customer service because I found a typo on a product I bought, not directly from them but a local store. They were very nice about it and even though they knew about the typo, they thank me for caring and reaching out and sent me a Tote Bag as gift. The response time from the customer service is very low and they always put good effort to solve the issues
