SVAKOM UNITED STATES INC.Reviews of svakom.net

Bought their vibrator in Amsterdam store when traveled, it stopped working and i obviously can't contact store for that, Swacom support answered me and replaced toy, i adore them, so kind and responsible.

I received excellent customer service when I ran into connecting issues with my device. The company was quick to respond, they provided helpful walkthrough steps to try to troubleshoot my issue without having to replace the device. They did not hesitate to provide a replacement device at no cost when it was confirmed my device hardware was defective.

Had a problem with a product and contacted their support for warranty, everything went well and they were very kind and quick to help me. Definitely worth and trustworthy! Btw got the Vick Neo 2 and it feels way better quality than the Vick Neo 1, would recommend.

Ordered a product through a third party site, loved it, but it stopped working properly. Emailed support and they sent me a brand new version that works great. Awesome customer service and great product.

I had an excellent experience with toy and highly recommend it to anyone considering buying one. The quality is great, and it’s very enjoyable to use. One thing that really impressed me is that it comes with a warranty, and the company truly stands behind their product. Unfortunately, my toy malfunctioned about a month after I received it. However, the customer service team was very fast to respond and communicated clearly and effectively throughout the process. After I submitted my warranty claim, they replaced my toy without any hassle. The new one works perfectly fine, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything was handled. Overall, excellent product and outstanding customer service. Highly recommended!

SVAKOM has great customer service! The best toy so far for me has been the Erica, it has many settings and can be controlled with app. If you are looking for a toy that is almost silent and can be used in public- this is it! Love this toy and have not had any problems with connectivity! Buy it for a loved one and enjoy it together-you will not be disappointed!

Svakom has amazing customer service! I've had one of their products for over a year that I really enjoy... my favorite! I didn't think to keep the receipt nor product code. The item stopped working, I looks the product up on online, emailed SVAKOM regarding the non-working product, and they immediately sent me a brand new replacement free of charge!! That's how all companies should work! Great customer service.

Wow it’s amazing product and the quality it’s really good And it’s doing a great job 👏
