SVAKOM UNITED STATES INC.Reviews of svakom.net

Fast shipping and quality product. I threw all my other accumulated toys out.

One of the products I bought from them stopped working. I emailed customer service and they got back to me within 24 hours. They were polite when we emailed back and forth. After I sent confirmation the product was nonfunctional, they sent me a new one. It arrived 3 days later, super quick! Overall, I’m satisfied with this product and happy that I bought from them!

Great experience with customer service and the product itself

My girlfriend first scared then go try it and she love it

The product works every time and the quality is top notch! When it was dropped and stopped working, Svakom took care of me and sent a replacement. Highly recommend the product and the experience with the company was 5 star.

After an item was accidentally missing from my order, they quickly and rightly corrected the mistake. Good customer services.
