Dr. Jamnani, in Fairfield, CA is the most rude and arrogant Dr I have ever met. He doesn’t listen to his patients, nor cares what they have to say and he’s a surgeon at that! The only reason I gave 2 stars is because his team was amazing. Which, they seemed scared of him, as if they can’t speak up or have an opinion. Do not choose him as your surgeon!

1. Ask to see your records. My records said that the eye doctor had informed me about incipient cataracts, which he did NOT tell me in person. 2. Assume doctors do not answer calls after noon on Fridays. 3. You will often not be informed about test results. You must call them. Basically all follow up and accuracy of diagnoses of office visits fall on YOU. But if you are reading this, it is too late. Condolences.

After a visit with Dr. Reece Fenning, in Sutter hospital Santa Rosa, I discovered my medical record listed “chronic opioid use disorder,” which is completely false — I have never used opioids. Errors like this are serious. They can follow you across healthcare systems, impact your treatment, and be seen by insurers. I requested a correction immediately and am still waiting for it to be fixed. If you see this provider, review your records carefully. Accuracy is essential in healthcare.

Sutter is now charging 2 visits for a yearly General Health Visit if you answer the Doctor's question « is everything else ok with your health? The company should only charge 2 visits if you have indicating the problem when booked the visit and should at list ask the Physician to indicate that if you answer the General health question with a potential issue insteadof:"no comment", you will be changed.

Anyone wanting to use Sutter Health Weight Loss Program beware of their scam! Once you enter the program it's great. The doctor is great. However, Sutter Health scams the patient through an extreme excessive amount of RN and nutritionist visits (overkill) that are sure to bankrupt you. I simply could not afford RN visits every two weeks to ask me how I'm doing. Something the weight loss doctor should be able to ask me!!! If you miss three RN visits, they kick you out of the program unless you agree to go BANKRUPT! NOT RECOMMENDED FOR THE AVERAGE MIDDLE CLASS OR POOR. Save your money and go through your Primary Doctor instead. A total RIP OFF
