Doesn't hold for long in dishwasher
The designs are stunning, but they have peeled off a bit after some use... Not a big deal, just different from what I expected. Great product otherwise!

Beautiful but Turned Darker
The colors turned darker after baking, which surprised me. Still happy with the product but will experiment with baking time next time.

FANTASTIC customer service
I haven't used the product yet but their customer service department (especially AMY) was wonderful. Very much looking forward to creating some unique dinnerware for my next dinner party!!

Delusione!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that unexpected customs fees can be frustrating! While it’s rare for Suteka orders to incur customs fees, our Shipping Policy and FAQ pages explain that these charges may apply to international orders and are beyond our control. For orders refused due to customs fees, as in your case, we issue a refund for the items once the package returns to us, as outlined in our support correspondence. Your refund was processed promptly upon receiving the order back, even prior to this review. We’re sorry to hear that despite our efforts to make things right, this experience didn’t meet your expectations. If you have further questions, we’re here to help and remain committed to creating a positive experience. Thank you for the opportunity to clarify.

Thank you for making sustainability stylish!
Thank you, Suteka, for making sustainability stylish! I’ve been able to revamp and reuse so many items. It’s guilt-free decorating at its best.

The customer service at Suteka is just…
The customer service at Suteka is just phenomenal! I had been disappointed at first (my fault for not correctly following directions) and when I emailed them, they were just amazing. I got beautiful results after that with their clarification!

Love the packaging
Love the packaging! I ordered it for myself but it looks so beautiful that I just placed a large order so I always have gifts ready to give away. It would be great if you offer gifting material as well, I would pay extra for it for sure.

Fast delivery and great customer…
Fast delivery and great customer service. It didn't work for me perfectly on the first try, but after i watched the tutorial and tried again it worked smoothly and even better than what I had in mind when I purchased it. Will buy again.
