The Flower Zirconia Exotic Gold Ring looks nothing like the picture. I have questioned if I received the wrong item. It looks very cheap. The other items are great. It took a very long time for my order to arrive, over 3 weeks.

I had a good experience with this seller. Shipping was quick. Although the ring doesn’t look as pretty in person as in the picture, it’s probably worth what I paid.

I ordered two pairs of earrings. When they came one pair was clearly poor quality and difficult to use. The other pair was quite nice though it only came with one backing instead of two. I reached out and got an immediate response. I sent them the requested information with clear photos. Another immediate response offering a replacement ot the defective pair of my choosing. When I replied directly to their email with my earring replacement choice the email came back to me as undeliverable. I have sent three emails which have all been returned as undeliverable. I have also sent two messages through the contact page on their website as well as having tried phoning the listed contact number. It is not a valid number. I have received no acknowledgement or reply to any of my attempts to contact them for my replacement. I am most dissapointed and cannot recommend this seller.

When my order came in March it was not correct and I also need to return one item to update size. Fast forward to June and still not resolved. Don't buy from this vendor.
