We’re sorry this box was disappointing to you. Our Surprise Chests are made from unopened lost-mail packages, and we genuinely do not know what is inside before they are shipped. Because the contents are completely unknown, every chest is different, and not every item will be useful or appealing to every person. For many customers, the fun is in opening genuine surprise packages and discovering what happens to be inside, knowing that no two chests will ever be alike.

We’re sorry to hear that you felt this way about your most recent chest. Our records show that you purchased three Surprise Chests on three separate occasions, and we appreciate that you returned to the experience more than once. Every chest is filled with unopened lost-mail packages, and because we never know what is inside, the contents can vary widely from one order to the next. The appeal is the genuine uncertainty of opening packages that could contain almost anything, which is what keeps each chest completely unpredictable.

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your chest. The whole idea behind SurpriseChest is that each chest is random, and that means the experience can vary from box to box. To be clear, we do not create special boxes for influencers. All chests are pulled from the same inventory, and the items are wrapped, so we do not know exactly what is inside each individual chest before it ships. That randomness is part of the product, but we understand it may not be the right fit for everyone. We also have a strong base of repeat customers, with about 45% of our orders coming from returning buyers. That said, we never want anyone to feel misled, and we appreciate the feedback.

SurpriseChest is a random product made from mixed logistics sources, including lost mail, undeliverable packages, unclaimed packages, returns, overstock, and other inventory streams. A UniUni label or any other carrier label does not mean the entire chest came from one retailer or one source. The point of SurpriseChest is the experience of opening a chest without knowing what will be inside. There can literally be anything in these chests. That is what makes them fun for many customers, but it also means not every item will be something every person wants or would have chosen for themselves. All chests are pulled from the same inventory, including those shown by influencers. The items are wrapped, so we do not know what is inside each chest before it ships. Many customers enjoy the surprise and variety, which is reflected in our overall Trustpilot rating and repeat customer base, but random chests are not going to be the right fit for everyone.

We completely understand that mystery boxes are not for everyone. Our chests contain sealed lost mail, returns, etc. and we genuinely do not know what is inside the individual packages before opening. Because these are real unclaimed packages, there will naturally be a mix of item types and values, including occasional lower-cost products from large online marketplaces. That unpredictability is part of the authentic mystery-box experience. We always aim to be upfront about the random nature of the contents, and we appreciate the feedback.
