Adventure Parc SnowdoniaReviews of surfsnowdonia.com

Visited the adventure play soft play, it very dirty, most unclean unkept soft play I have ever been to. The dust inside of it was so thick, the amount of crumbs and bits inside, outside and around the play frame was like it had never ever been hoovered or cleaned. There was even children eating pizza in there and tomatoe sauce on the play frame. Wouldn't take my children there again

We visited the park with our 2 grandchildren ages 7 and 10 this week to use the ninja assault, we have only good things to say about the visit. The staff were brilliant with the kids, who thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We enjoyed the extremely tasty ice cream from the cafe while we watched. The place should be far more busy than it is, it deserves to be a success. When we are in the area with the grandkids we will definitely visit again.

Activity was cancelled in July, given a voucher "refund", now the park has shut down and the voucher hasn't been refunded despite multiple emails

Waiting for my refund from september 2023. No respond on emails , no information. :/ Avoid this park

Despite several phone calls, emails and 3 months waiting patiently for a refund - nothing. There’s no way to get through, extremely frustrating situation. Clearly never going to see my money again???

Appalling customer service - have closed the park down but are ignoring requests for refunds. Conveniently the email address they’ve provided “isn’t in use” and so nobody will be replying, you have to just “monitor your bank account” and hope to see the money you’re owed show up in there. Pitiful. Have used this place numerous times for surfing over the years and spent hundreds with them. The Wave in Bristol is about to get a whole new bunch of customers after this nonsense

No option to put no stars. Our Sons surf lesson was cancelled after we had travelled from Liverpool to North Wales due to ‘maintenance issues’. This was the second time it had been cancelled by Adventure Park Snowdonia at the last minute. It’s been four weeks and have not received a refund for the lesson and really poor communication from Adventure Parc. Really really bad customer service. Definitely won’t be using ever again.

If could put no star I would , so I had booked for four surf lessons over the end of June had a phone call saying the wave pool had broken had to wait almost a month to get my money back when I phoned up all I got was a ignorant line manager trying not to pay my money back lucky I don't live closer 🤬
