My credit card was comprised and since you take your payments from it, it was denied as I changed cards. It took 4 calls and the help of a manger to successfully change the card to an active one. Representatives need training as all it took was to reinstate the coverage BEFORE changing cards. Why didn't the reps know to do this?

Never had a claim. I really think it would have gone smoothly if I did need the coverage. However, the price was reasonable for the coverage but, I jsut could not afford to keep the insurance.
