Surebridge accused us of letting my wife's policy lapse when they were paid by credit card every month, January to April. The May payment, when debited to the same credit card, was denied. Rather than call us about valid/invalid credit cards, you sent us an absurd letter about the policy lapse and grace period. We wasted 3 hours on the phone between Surebridge and Via Benefits straightening out your administrative and poor communication mistake. And why isn't the Surebridge Call Center in the USA? You should be ashamed of yourself for sending good jobs to Bogota, Colombia!

My new Agent, Kizzy Gray was very helpful. She explained everything to me and returned my calls in a timely manner

Great. Thank you.

For the most part the insurance is good. It paid well on some prescription glasses. Our eye doctor no longer accepts eye med now. Dental has been pretty good, however, when it came time to get a yearly eye exam awhile back, they said I had no more money - that dental benefits had taken from eye??? Guess I don't understand how it works. Keeping it for now, except the premium just went up so remains to be seen.

In my 40 plus years of having med insurance SureBridge may be the worst one so far. Although they insist on having the client use auto-pay they refuse to send any type of receipt or acknowledgement. We signed on initially in November 2021 and then renewed in December for 12 months. We were led to believe our rate was locked in for this period.; not so. We just received a notice that our rates have increased by almost 20%; with no explanation. We should have realized when we signed on to an insurance company with so many time related coverage stipulations and "repay out of pocket costs" policies that it would not be a good experience. Also, we have yet to even filed a claim with SureBridge.
