NerdApp has allowed me to continue supporting clients remotely and in person. It's intuitive and efficient in terms of communication with the client and working with NerdApp support as well. Support, might I add, is VERY responsive and are always looking to help. This is critical as it allows me to focus more on assisting client's with their IT needs.
