First time to use Nerdapp but was very impressed. I signed up, logged my issue and had an engineer on the phone within a few minutes...he then accessed my laptop remotely and was straight away working to resolve the issue. Really impressed and price was sensible so will definitely use again!

Our PC was freezing and crashing every few minutes. Within a couple of hours of contacting NerdApp our PC was fixed. Angelo was very friendly and very good at fixing the computer!
