I hate HP! Telling me that I cannot use your ink if I bought it from you is absolutely horrible customer support....It's the opposite of support actually...it's more like hostage taking. And then if a customer buys paper from you they have to pay more if they print too much is absurd. It's my printer! I bought it! I own it! I am not leasing it from HP, but they make us think we have to pay them because we use the printer. And they turned off my ability to use the ink I bought because I cancelled their stupid customer support. I am outraged! HP SUCKS!!

0 stars
I don't know how to give it 0 stars but that it what it deserves. I have bought HP laptops for years but recently they sold me a faulty product and refused to exchange it or deal with the matter in any appropriate way. Even writing a formal complaint to the CEO did not lead to any different response. Genuinely stunned at the treatment from HP. I will never buy from them again and neither will any of my family.

HP Customer Service All In One Plan/Printer
I have long been an HP customer for laptops, printers, desktops, etc. I purchased the "all-in-one printer," which included a printer and ink. A few months ago, my printer wouldn't work because it needed ink. I reached out to HP, and they said they would send me some. The same thing happened again. I ended up buying ink at Best Buy, but the printer did not recognize the ink. I am battling cancer, and I don't need more stress. I then contacted HP and I was told they would send me ink and that, due to the printer not being usable, though they charged me the 2-month fees, I would receive a 2-month credit to my account, which would appear on my next statement. I have never received it. Yesterday I was on hold with HP for over 30 minutes. Today I was transferred, after 20 minutes, to the "All In One Plan" department. I spoke to Denish, and the experience was awful. I had given him my phone # twice and had him repeat it back to me, and if I got disconnected, he would call me back. Magically, I got disconnected after speaking with him for over 50 minutes, and I had asked him for a "case number" three times; he refused to give it. He never called back. One time having a problem could be an "accident". Several times, it is a pattern. Spending over 2 hours in total for a mess HP caused is unacceptable. I will be sending each Board Member at HP a certified letter documenting this torture I've endured these months. Since I am not paying HP one more cent until I get my 2 months' refund for my printer that doesn't work. Par for the course. I will never again consider purchasing any HP products, for they are not a company worth dealing with. My experience is awful. I wish I could leave ZERO stars. Customers considering purchasing HP products, please be aware of their oxymoron "customer service". I wish I could get back these hours dealing with HP and focus on my cancer treatments. PS - though you pay for it every month, the "all-in-one plan" is a lease, meaning that no matter how long you pay for it, you will never own the printer. By my calculations, I have paid $ 500 over the price of the printer, and I don't own it. Buyers beware

This is beyond ridiculous
This is beyond ridiculous, HP. I enrolled to pay monthly so that I can print photos using a printer, paper, and ink that I bought. Still doesn't work— the printer gives me different error messages each time. Your firewall hopping clanker of an AI is also obsolete. So your products, subscriptions, and "Support" are all literal trash.
How greedy can you guys get? Shame on you, you lost another customer.

HP Laptop 17-cn4853nd (D11F2EA) Realtek…
