I just bought a printer with 3 years extended warranty and support.
I contacted HP after 1 day for help with HP e-print as it does not work properly and can not print mail out if the mail contains a website or email link.
The employee in question called back after 20 minutes and told that HP does NOT provide support on their HP e-print and by the way, he seemed pretty indifferent to our problem.
I bought printed exclusively for this purpose and now we have a printer for 4300, - which we can throw away.
I will NEVER use HP products in the future as they are a scam company.

Sack that guy, he ask questions and before you have answered he asks new questions.

The whole conversation is dumped. I even got this guys name if you want to sack him.

No humans as far as the eye can see HP!
No humans as far as the eye can see HP!
I tried so many ways to get support from HP. All roads led to "Rose" who at first seems helpful enough until you realize her reply to virtually every question is oddly off-kilter relative to the question itself. I am all for technology and AI-but the key to AI is the I part. It has to be intelligent. Rose functions more like a deranged wheel of fortune that belches out screwy answers to really clear questions. For instance: Q: Is laptop model ABC Windows 11 compatible? A: Many of our laptops are produced in China so you may see your shipment on it's way from China and then again going back to China. This is a regular part of...
Not sure what the heck that has to do with my really clear question, but mercy. How can I buy another laptop if their website won't even tell me basic information about the product? Rose is a really expensive way to save money if you ask me.

PC glass fell apart from frame on my…
The glass fell apart from frame on my HP 13" Envy notebook. It was under warrantee & after taking pictures of disengaged screen from case that holds everything together & having numerous conversations with HP about the problem they sent me a label to return the pc. Which I did. I was contacted by HP & told they couldn't fix it. They said they could send a reconditioned one. I refused to accept a refurbished inferior product since I could see was very poorly designed. Then they offered me a different model which had a lessor operating system & everything was obviously from something they were trying to get rid of. They finally after a month said they'd refund my cost. I Said fine they said yo look for a check by end if week. That was 4 weeks ago & they say same thing-I'll talk to financial dept & get check out immediately. I'd get calls from someone in Mexico who was supposed to be my "service representative" if I couldn't answer the phone I got the same message. Asking me to call back, which was impossible since he slurred rapidly the call back number that went directly to him. I would use the number that showed # on my phone. This Santiago was never there. But they listened to my request always saying the would transfer me to a manager if the correct department. I never got to talk to anyone that had authority. They just said hold on while I transfer you. Over & over & over - one time I kept the phone "holding" for over 2 hrs but then was disconnected. I know I will be called again on Friday & asked if I got the check. He will tell me he will make sure the check will go out. Happens every week. At least 2 months same thing. But HP can see my history if thus problem plus all the many HP products I've purchased prior. Computers, tablets, printers. DO NO BUY ANYTHING FROM HP. I will be contacting COSTCO where I purchased it and telling them what is happening & they should stop offering HP because everyone I tell the story to, they say "oh we use Dell" wiuld never get HP.

stolen laptop (~£1500) + rubbish Voucher
I received a voucher for 10% for a stolen laptop by courier, and I cannot use it. Very impressive gift for spending at least a few hours for a few days to collect all evidence, writing emails and phone all these id.... from HP and thieves from the delivery company. 10 days and still no money on the account and no laptop. A credit card dispute is open, I have only 10 days left to provide proofs of my action to the bank.
