My HP Smart Tank 7301 failed after only one refill of original HP ink. The printer entered a firmware boot loop during a normal print job and became completely unusable. HP Support acknowledged my case but relied strictly on warranty expiration and offered only paid repair at near replacement cost. No goodwill consideration. For a product marketed as a long-term refillable solution, this level of support is extremely disappointing.

Malicious compliance at best. They don't give a shit about you and most certainly do not want to do repairs or refunds - and the revolting support experience will surely make you feel that. Nothing more than an undignified waste of time. Infinite issues and bugs on the site, talking in circles for ages in the live-chat. I was already frustrated when I was randomly put on hold for almost 24 hours at 3 in the afternoon (!) after spending hours in the live-chat. Then I was told (rudely) to be available ALL DAY at a certain date for device pick-up. There are absolutely NO time windows given - pick-up will occur at a random time and it's "your duty to be available". Had to sit at home all day like a clown - on the agreed upon date - only for pick-up to not bother even showing up. No messages, no E-Mail, no sms. No note left (like stated in the rude instruction E-Mail). Being told rudely to be available all day like a little lapdog is one thing, then being stood up without explanation is much too far. Incredible how incompetent and dysfunctional the support at every step.

USB type A port stopped working. Automated support claims it does work. Go figure. HP Display Control popup does not work and will not stop. Disgusted with HP support. Will never purchase HP again.

Unglaublich, wir haben einen Kundenrechner wo die SSD kurz vom sterben liegt. Der Support will unbedingt das man diesen UEFI SSD Test durchführt damit ein Austausch erfolgt. Der Kunde ist leider nicht IT begabt und auch noch 150 KM weit weg. Alternative Bilder mit crystal Disk oder Intel Raipid Raid reichen nicht. Toll jetzt darf ich für ein 120 € Bauteil 300 KM insgesamt fahren, für ein drecks Foto. Das tolle ist wir haben auch noch onsite Support bezahlt. Heißt für uns nie wieder HP.

Nach wenigen Wochen hatte ich bereits erhebliche Probleme mit meinem neuen HP Pavillon All-In-One PC. Da außerhalb der 30 Tage, wurde eine Rücknahme strikt verweigert. Mittlerweile hatte ich aufgrund von Abstürzen in 9 Monaten bereits 3 stundenlange Fernwartungen mit zweimal Aufspielen eines neuen Bios und einer kompletter Neuinstallation des Betriebssystems Win11… jedesmal mit erheblichem Aufwand und vor allem neben dem ganzen Ärger Kosten für Neuinstallationen durch eine IT Firma… HP ist als Mega-Konzern schlichtweg nicht in der Lage selbst bei diesen nicht wirklich hochpreisigen Dingen einfach mal Kulanz walten zu lassen und ein offensichtlich defektes Gerät zurückzunehmen… NEIN… jetzt ist das Ding komplett abgestürzt und alles was HP nach erneutem aufwendigen Kontakt zum Support anbietet, ist eine Reparatur, für welche ich selbst verpacken, Videos vom Verpacken machen und 14 Tage ohne Ersatz auf den PC verzichten soll !?! Echt armselig ! Kundenorientierter Service sieht anders aus !!

Ich habe mich an den Support gewandt, weil ich Hilfe dabei benötigte, meinen HP-Laptop mit meinem HP-Drucker zu verbinden. Nach langem Hin und Her ist es meinem Partner schließlich gelungen, zumindest über ein Kabel eine Verbindung herzustellen – ja, wir schreiben das Jahr 2026. Diese ohnehin unbefriedigende Lösung funktioniert nun nicht einmal mehr. Bei meinem Anruf im Support landete ich in der Laptop-Abteilung und erhielt lediglich die Auskunft, dass mein Gerät nicht mehr unter die Gewährleistung fällt und ich für Unterstützung bezahlen müsse. Ganz ehrlich: Das empfinde ich als äußerst enttäuschend. Die Verbindung hat von Anfang an nie zuverlässig funktioniert, und dennoch wird mir nun keinerlei Hilfe angeboten. Ich finde es sehr traurig, dass man als Kundin in dieser Situation allein gelassen wird. Mein nächstes Gerät wird ganz sicher kein HP mehr sein. Leider bin ich aktuell noch darauf angewiesen, private Unterlagen auszudrucken – andernfalls würde ich mir diesen Aufwand komplett sparen. Ich bin äußerst enttäuscht. Das ist für mich kein akzeptabler Kundenservice!

Fanno schifo. Obsolescenza programma a 3 mesi. Tutto costa troppo, tutto si rompe subito. Qualità di stampa altissima direttamente proporzionale alla infima qualità del servizio. Fa tutto schifo. Sono proprio l'emblema dell'obsolescenza programmata nella peggiore delle speciale. Ho rimandato la stampante alla casa madre a mie spese perché se la tenessero loro in ufficio. Non comprate mai HP.

Would give HP support 0 stars if I could. Spent over 1 hour mostly on hold to be told it would cost $543 to send the laptop into HP for repair. I asked for local repair recos. No recos. I was on hold for over 1 hour and bounced around. Incredibly disappointed. Waste of time calling HP. My HP Spectre laptop was working 1 day, dead the next (won't even turn on). Just out of warranty of course. The other option was to pay for HP Smart with a $17/monthly fee and $35 activation charge. Not going to do that either. They just want more money to pay for support of a very crappy product. If I need a new laptop - it won't be an HP device. I have been a loyal HP customer for 4 decades. No longer. Stay yourself the frustration and go with another company who delivers quality products and support. It isn't HP.
