Dear Khalida, We do have some difficulties with processing Enterprise Subscription Plans requests because the technical department is making changes to the system. Our legal department is already preparing a report for you and will write to you by email shortly. Processing of all requests in other tariff plans is carried out strictly on time. I am very uncomfortable that you have to be a participant in processes that are not fully debugged in our company. We are still setting standards for checking the originality of suppliers. I will refund you today and I assure you that your requests have been worked on all this time. The only problem is that the technical department is still working on the interface for ordering such products.

Dear Shah, We don't have a physical address where you can come and buy products, but we have the largest database of manufacturers, more than 100 thousand manufacturers. We can ship products to physical apartment address or directly to the Amazon warehouse and apply Amazon stickers to the products and packages. We will provide you sizes, weight and quantity of the shipping boxes after you place an order and then you upload pdf files in your personal account on our website. You need to Open Wholesale Account to be able to order products at cheap wholesale prices: https://supplyleader.com/client/change_payment_frequency Invoices for Amazon sellers and legal support of Amazon sellers available in the Enterprise subscription plan. Thank you!
