Took 2 attempts and 3 extra weeks to come through
It was my second attempt at contacting the store for an item that had not been delivered in 7 weeks (3-5 weeks post due date). However, at the second attempt this wonderful person researched my order and answered my questions thoroughly so I knew exactly what had happened. He also refunded my money so I didn't have to put forth any more effort and anxiety about that. I really appreciated the response and it makes me more secure to reorder from you again. Thank you.

Found what I've been looking for, and then some!
I have been looking for Garnier Whole Blends Oat Delicacy products for over a year now. The stores I shop at discontinued that particular Blend, but I found a conditioning product on your website! Yay! I do wish you carried the shampoo as well, but I will enjoy using the conditioner while it lasts. Also, my friend has been looking for Aveeno Ultra-Calming Foaming Cleanser for months now and gave up until I spied it on your website. She's thrilled! I ordered 3 bottles for her.
