My order was not delivered and TT from customer service responded within 24 hours and explained that the item was out of stock and Supply Center thought that it would soon be back in stock. He immediately gave me a refund. I know that the item is very hard to get because my usual store has been out of stock - this is why I sought out Supply USA. Great customer service with an excellent explanation of the problem. I will use Supply Center again given this service.

First time customer... everything went well except for some of the visual content overlapped on the screen. I'm using an Android phone that has some issues so it's likely my problem not the website's. I've used this product for over 20 years. I shop around because the price can vary from source to source. I'm glad Supply Center USA came up on my search. I've never noticed it before. I hope their prices remain the lowest available from now on.
