Never received, no tracking, website unavailable, none of the links works, no contact. Looks to be a straight scam. It is very disappointing to see trustpilot reviews being unreliable / potentially fake.

I was charged for product that never shipped. It looks like they may have gone out of business, as their website is no longer active. The customer service link in the confirmation email leads to an error page.

No product after withdrawing the money for it. Their website, phone number and email no longer in service. My bank had to refund me and I reported as a fraudulent company. Sad people are going to have to answer to a higher power. Karma.

I ordered a product on 5/12/2025, and as of July 9 have not received it. It was charged on my credit card. None of the links in the confirmation email work; they all return error messages. I emailed them at the address they put on Trust Pilot but never received a response. I believe that they never had the product as it had been discontinued by the manufacturer.

I placed an order on 6/15/25 for $96.24. I checked Trustpilot before I placed the order, and the site appeared to be reputable. I received an email thanking me for my order, but I never received any tracking information and it has now been over 3 weeks and I have not received my product. The website is no longer available. This is clearly a scam site. Trustpilot should have caught this.

Supply Center USA never delivered my order , but processed the payment immediately. They do not have a working number, email address or website. Do NOT trust them!
