I was thankful for the speedy reply. The representative was helpful to give me information. I will follow up with another review when my original purchase card is actually refunded. I just ordered a supply of Biotene Gentle Mint toothpaste from this site, as it appears to be one of very few places that still has the product in stock; from the Biotene website, this specific toothpaste is either discontinued or out of production at this time. I have a reaction to cinnamon/cinnamate which causes my mouth to break out in sores. After painful research (!) this has been the ONLY toothpaste I can tolerate, no matter what the other products say. I will add my voice on the Biotene website, pleading that they resume production. Meanwhile, thank you Supply Center USA for having it still available!!
