A prompt, thorough, and helpful response. I contacted customer service regarding a delayed delivery of an item I had ordered. I received a reply so quickly I was surprised. My issue was restated, the cause of the problem was defined and clarified, the solution presented, and completed. All of this was accomplished in a respectful and professional manner. Well done!!

Gives me the curl look that I always wanted. I get many compliments on how beautifully curly my hair is.

The staff checked my order and responded to me right away with refund, because the hair color was discontinued by manufacturer. Supply Center expressed their apologies for something beyond their control and sent complete refund immediately. It will be a pleasure to order again. Highly recommended.

I have used the oil for over 13 years after I had chemo and radiation. It was the only product that kept my skin soft after I had radiation. I still use it daily.

I was disappointed my order was cancelled but very pleased with detailed explanation of why my product wasn't available and prompt credit/refund on my credit card.
