I'm giving a four star review in that I had a mixed experience but it was handled very well! The product I ordered was no longer available and so never shipped. When I contacted Customer Service, my money was instantly refunded, which was great! I only wish I was notified when they knew about it instead of having to wait six weeks per their website recommendation, to file a complaint. All was handled well!

A little more information about why my order could not be fulfilled would have been welcome, but I got a response to my email almost immediately and the issue was resolved to my satisfaction.

Customer Service was helpful when it came down to tracking an order that was never shipped. My only complaint is that they did not notify us of product unavailability; we had to contact them. Once we did, they told us, and then offered to cancel the order and refund us, which they did.

Why does your company no longer stock them in the Walmart, Walgreens or CVS? Even though you said use Visa or MasterCard, I used my Visa card twice and it was declined? I used my Visa, debit card and it finally went through. Very expensive for shipping earplugs.

I appreciate the response from my inquiry regarding my order that was put in back in April, however, I would’ve appreciated an email stating that the product was on back order or wasn’t available any longer instead of having to reach out to you after waiting for over a month and hearing that the manufacturer is no longer making it available. I do understand this was no fault on your company but I do feel the information could’ve been given to me sooner rather than this late. That being said I appreciate the information you have provided in the email. You have been most kind. Thank you.
