Wonderful. The prices are great. I picked up things I always wanted to try and some brands I never heard of. It’s nice you offer returns. That says a lot although I’ll just keep what I’ve picked. I hope it arrives soon rather than a month.

Every thing seemed to go well...unlike some other on-line experiences I've had...plus I know and love the products I ordered

JJ responded to me in a quick and efficient manner within minutes (I was expecting hours). Great work!

Easy ordering

It was easy to use, and by ordering 3 jars, instead of 1, I got free shipping. That seems fair.

While I did not like the answer - the manufacturer could not provide the product due to its problems, your agent provided a very prompt response with a clear explanation of the situation and initiated a full refund. I would consider using SupplyCenter USA again.
