Not happy with a long delivery time

Unfortunately the product I wanted wasn’t available. My inquiry was answered quickly and my payment was promptly refunded.

However, it would have been nice to have heard about the supply difficulties sooner than when I emailed after 4 months. Response and refund appreciated.

That I did get a quick response when I had to reach out about the delay in shipping for the product I had ordered. The quick response let me know about product availability issues to to super high demand. I was offered a refund with the cancellation of the order by company and with the recommendation to come back in about 60 days and hopefully the product will be back in stock. Then I can reorder if I still want the product.

Though the representative's response was rapid, this company was slow at informing me with an update. That was over 2 weeks of time that I have been without a much needed supplement.

Found the jam I like for a reasonable price. With the rising costs one has to find ways to economize. This jam has excellent flavor, not as sweet and I use it in cooking as well as on toast. And the glyoxide I hadn't seen in a while and thought it might help me with my dental woes.
