How is a company defined?
When things run smoothly, companies take credit for "smooth shipping." But let's face it. Shipping stock is simply a matter of boxing the item and sending it off to the client. A company's character is defined, not when things go well but what does the company do when things do NOT go as planned. Thanks to TT, Supply Center USA's character is clearly defined as a great company. TT knew that there was a supply problem and did not hesitate for even a second (well...maybe a second as he read my email) before he explained the situation, apologized and returned my money. That is the definition of a great company and TT is the person who helped define it by his honesty. I was sorry that the transaction couldn't be completed but happily told TT that if the product did, eventually, arrive, to email me so that I could make the purchase through Supply Center USA. TT clearly defined you and I would be happy to purchase from you in the future.
