Although I was extremely disappointed in the fact that my order needed to be cancelled, I fully understand that the problem was with the manufacturer and not with your company. Your representative, JJ, was prompt in answering my query, diagnosing the problem, fixing the problem by refunding my payment, and also offering me the suggestion to check back in a couple of months to see if the manufacturer got its issues resolved. I took that suggestion and directly emailed the manufacturer and am waiting for their response on the subject. All in all, I was very pleased with your company and JJ, and wouldn't hesitate to purchase from you again and recommend you to others. Have a great day!!

This particular person TT solved my issue on 1st attempt -excellent job . I had emailed another person 3 different times with no help whatsoever .They merely copied and pasted FAQ from their site .Thank you TT for reading my email and taking proper action .
