JJ was fast and helpful, however after 2 months of not receiving my items, it took for me to reach out to get the matter rectified, instead of Supply Center USA notifying me of the shipping issues

Never received my order. But they issues a refund within 2 minutes of me requesting it via email.

Update 1/28/25 Immediately after placing two unfavorable reviews supplycenterusa sent me a form email saying that the item I wanted was unavailable, and they refunded my money. So apparently not a scam, just poor service. This place is a scam - do not order from supplycenterusa.com. I ordered two bottles of contact lens cleaner over 6 weeks ago. My credit card was charged immediately but I never received my order. I have emailed them several times with no response.

I placed an order for an assortment of eye products and it was confirmed on December 5. The confirmation said it would possibly take couple of weeks…but it’s now been a month and nada! I just sent an email through their consumer unfriendly website and it was returned undeliverable. I sent another email through my own mail and it too was returned undeliverable …to say I am concerned is an Understatement! No chat or telephone makes this highly suspicious. I trusted what looked like a legit website. I fear I should’ve been more careful.

This review is for the company, Supply Center USA offers health and beauty products on website Address on website: 30 N Gould St Ste R Sheridan, Wy 82801 --- I have been seeking to find a vitamin C product, Pioneer Nutritional Formulas Vitamin C Complex, that is listed out-of-stock at my usual purchasing sources, such as, most recently, Amazon. Searching through the Internet, every company I found was out-of-stock on this item except Supply Center USA, which states on its website: "At Supply Center USA, our mission is clear: to help individuals source the hardest-to-find health products and improve their overall well-being." Since the item I've been seeking was listed for sale, my final step was to check out the reviews on this company. There are plenty of reviews on the website, undated, and that read as if written by their own staff or contracted professionals. I wanted to see something that impressed me more, thus navigating to Trustpilot, one of my go-to sites. Most reviews I read here don't seem to be about the ordering experience or products but about a customer service person. Looking further I located an updated November 27, 2024 article by the Sheridan, Wyoming, Press which does not name Supply Center USA but does name the address of the company (above). To quote: "30 N. Gould St. in Sheridan, Wyoming, ... actually belongs to Wyoming Corporate Office LLC, an office made up of 24 registered agents corporations, according to the Wyoming secretary of state website. [There are] thousands of companies represented by registered agents at 30 N. Gould St. These numbers include a mix of reputable companies and those that have a history of scamming customers out of money and hiding behind a Sheridan address to do it. ... Each week, the Sheridan County Chamber of Commerce receives about five calls from customers desperate to get ahold of a 30 N. Gould company to get their money back. Owners and answers are hard to find." Once again, the article mentioned above discusses consumer experiences with other companies all giving the same address. However, I would need far more information and reviews about the shopping, delivery, and product quality experience before I would order the product I'm seeking from this company. The star rating is in the middle pending further information. I very much welcome the company's response.

JJ responded immediately to all my emails. However he didn't really answer my question until today. I feel he should have answered my very simple question the first time I asked, not waited until the third or fourth time.
