You will NOT order anything from Supply Center USA or from any company located at 30 N Gould St Sheridan, WY 82801. This is an address designed so LLC's can be easily created. The address is for Corporate Filings LLC. They appear to be a legitimate business that offers registered agent services in various states such as WY. Essentially, businesses pay them to use their address to receive mail and legal documents for their business but this means it's an easy way for scammers to create a business and then set up a fake web site which advertises NONexistent products. They make money because even though no one ever receives their products, 10% of people don't dispute the fraudulent charge.

I recently placed my first order to this company and it turned out the product I ordered was out of stock. So JJ in customer service reached out to me via email to explain the situation and to inform me that they were issuing a full refund.

JJ was awesome he took it upon himself to look deeper into the matter of my issue and found out that a refund needed to be given due to manufacturers not being able to deliver the product in the amount of time that was given I truly appreciate him for that and emailing me back so fast to let me know the situation. A job well done JJ keep up the good work.

Found a hard to find product on their website. Better price even than Amazon!

I am disappointed Supply Center was not able to provide the product it offered, and I ordered. Weeks went by and my order never arrived. Only when I contacted customer service did anyone followup on this order and why it wasn't delivered. However, I am very pleased with the service I received from my representative. He followed up on my order and knew exactly what to do to correct things.

I did not receive my order in the 28 days, so they looked into it and found out that the manufacturer was out of stock. I got a refund the same day.

JJ was prompt and very helpful. I was happy to have an update to know the product is not available at this time. The refund process was started as I was alerted by my bank. Thank you!!
