Although my order was delayed and unfulfilled due to lack of supply by the manufacturer, the customer service representative who handled the issue, did an outstanding job of explaining why there was a problem. The customer care rep made no excuses, but gave an apology on behalf of the company and promptly refunded my account. I am very pleased with the outcome of my customer care rep’s assistance and excellent customer service!
