Prompt response
I left a voice mail asking about the case of diapers I'd ordered mid-May asking for a return call as to the status. JJ responded via email within minutes to let me know the warehouse the product was to ship from did not have the product yet and did not know when it would have it. He canceled my order, refunded my payment, and gave me options on how to place a future order, I appreciated the prompt response.

Response to a question
I had placed an order in March that was never delivered, When I checked on it today I got a response from JJ four minutes later explaining the problem and issuing a refund. He was outstanding.
