Purchased an item via supply center on December 9, 2024. Expected shipping was between 14-28 business days, which I thought was odd but figured it would probably come sooner than that. After purchasing my order, my credit card was immediately charged for the full amount without any notification other than my order had been received. No other updates came over the next month, I reached out to customer service and they told me my order could not be fulfilled due to product shortages. In the email it said they would refund my card immediately and send a confirmation email. After not receiving an email nor a refund after a few business days, I wrote back to the customer service agent who said he was sorry, and upon receiving my second email inquiry he “manually pulled my request from the queue and issued a refund immediately”. A refund has yet to be issued, most likely won’t be. While their customer service reps are quick to respond, they are not quick to act. I think this place is a scam.

Ordered products, credit card charged and order confirmation email was received. 4 weeks later I emailed company. Within minutes my credit card was refunded (pending) and I received a canned email that the product was unavailable. There was zero communication after the order was placed. Please do not use this company!

I ordered my moms meds for her cancer 3 weeks ago and still haven't received it.

SCAM! Do not order from this website! Your order will be "out of stock" but since shipping says it takes a month they hold on to your money until you contact them asking where your product is. TT acts suprised and says it's a supplier issue. Bogus! I got an email that I will get a refund in 10 days. No emails until I searched and searched for a good email to contact them. I ordered Dec 9th and followed up Jan 9th.

Definitely a scam website. Placed an order and two months later still have not received what I ordered. The website indicated it would take a while, but once I started getting smart, I realized they have no customer service phone number to call, only an email address. And their physical address is registered to a number of other shell companies.

Ordered 2 times from this company. No phone number to reach them and trying to email them ended with the same robotic response which didn’t answer my questions. Both orders were cancelled. Luckily I got my money back. They have good products, but can’t seem to deliver. Free delivery is only from Tampa, Florida.

I can't believe everyone is falling for the lies that this company is slinging. Look at ALL of the Five-star reviews and they ALL report problems with shipping or order fulfillment. They do commend the quick response by customer service, but if there weren't these inherent problems with shipping and order fulfillment that this company is rife with, no one would have to contact customer service!! Customer service says we all "chose" the wrong shipping option. HELLO - there is only one shipping option!!! Please don't fall for all of these misleading falsehoods.

Placed an order, received an email showing the order was placed, credit card charged and never heard anything else about my order. When I inquired about my order using their website no response. Going to ask my credit card company to issue a refund.
