Very prompt review. Action taken immediately. I just need to know yet what product I ordered. Otherwise it was very fine work.

It wasn't obvious that sales are mainly B2B and/or wholesale and bulk purchases. It also wasn't clear that free shipping is only in the Tampa Bay area. Waited for over a month without receiving my order. Only after an email inquiry asking about my order did I find out it was never shipped. JJ responded to my emails and was clear and concise and timely - I'm impressed it wasn't just a canned automatic response - he was quite helpful.

The fact that this support fellow (TT)did contact me, and explain my issue.

I don't thnk I was shown how long the delivery time would be before confirming my purchase. It was way too long to be helpfuil for me. When I then tried to cancel my purchase, I wasn't very hopeful it would go through, and it wasn't especially clear for while how to do so. However, once I found the email address to contact, they got right back to me and told me I had successfully cancelled my order. So I felt much better about my experience.

JJ did an excellent job of responding to my customer service request. The response was very quick and informative!

JJ responded to my request as to why/where my initial order and confirmation was. Appreciate his finding a resolution.
