My story is similar to both the positive reviews and the negative reviews. Order placed with long shipping range, card charged immediately, expected shipping date comes and goes with radio silence from the company until I contact them. I also got the polite, apologetic quick response with lots of seemingly detailed but very vague info about supply issues and delays. I got a promise for a refund and a pending refund appeared on my card for a couple of days before it was canceled. When I inquired about that, I get another vague response about how they thought they could get my product after all but encountered supply issues again, etcetera. I’m dealing with my bank now to reverse the charge. Here’s the important bit: ALL the reviews, positive and negative, are about not getting a product after being charged up front, and then are either happy they got the nice email and promised refund, or angry. NOT ONE positive review actually mentions receiving a product at all, let alone on time. This company is either doing their version of kiting your money by charging you immediately ( which is wrong on its own) and then giving you crazy estimated ship times to either keep your money longer or hoping you forget all about it. I don’t think they’ve actually shipped a product ever. They’re either borrowing your money for free for a few months or stealing it outright. Do not waste your time and money. They don’t actually have anything to sell.

Ordered and they later emailed me it was shipped but still nothing arrived so after another month found no easy contact info only an email address that gets no response. Suspect this website is a scam

I placed an order with Sypply Center USA and they promised "Free and Fast Shipping." After more than 3 weeks, I had received no information or updates on my order. Of course, they charged my credit card immediately when they placed my order. I had to contact them for an update. Their response was to send me to their FAQ. I had to push them for detailed info on MY order. Eventually they admitted that they did not have my products and would cancel my order. Still waiting for my refund. I get the feeling that if I had not contacted them they would have just kept my money. BUYER BEWARE!

Ordered product on Nov 25 2024. They noted that a shipping would take 14-28 business days. I received zero updates after that. Their website asks that you do not contact them for a shipping update prior to that timeframe elapsing. Time elapsed, but rather than reach out to me with an update, I was forced to contact them. Guess what? My order had been canceled due to no inventory long before. My recommendation is shop elsewhere.

Supply Center USA never shipped our products. We waited 9 weeks and nothing. No response to our 3 emails either. We had to reach out to our credit card company to get the transaction canceled. Stay away from this site.

I couldn’t give this 0 stars or I would. My fault for not reading the reviews on this scam. Ordered items did not get a confirmation email but the money was deducted from my account immediately. Now my emails to customer service (email only) are not being answered. Do not buy anything from this S—THOLE place.

I don't believe this is a legitimate store. I ordered some beauty products over a month ago and when I emailed to find out where they were the guy wrote me that the products were no longer available and they gave me a refund. I ordered different products, and they were not able to tell me which one was out of stock. Scam.

I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO CONTACT THE COMPANY TO INQUIRE ABOUT A GOOD FAITH, I PAY YOU, YOU DELIVER THE PRODUCT TRANSACTION. I'M FINE AS LONG AS I HAVE BEEN OR WILL BE REFUNDED.
