I finally learned how to contact the source of my ordered product! The answer to my concern was immediately reviled. However, the only question I have is if product was out of stock and order could not be filled, I should have been notified after a month of waiting for my order. I learned WHY I got not delivery was because I reached out. Answer was reasonable. Now I will wait to re-order. Jo Lightsey

What a pleasant surprise! I had placed my first time order the first week of January and hadn't heard a peep since then. Since I had never done business with this company I was worried it was a scam. Today I sent them an email and the response was immediate to let me know about the problems with my order. My money is being refunded pronto. One other thing- they really should be more proactive and let customers know when they can't fulfill their orders ASAP instead of waiting for us to contact them.

I contacted Supply Center USA, an online distributor, regarding a status update for an order placed around Nov. 30, 2024. The respondent explained in great detail the reason(s) for delays and possible need for cancellation of my order. Thankfully I retained screenshots of the original 2-month old order which provided important reference info. While I greatly appreciate the thorough explanation of why my products have yet to arrive, I did not appreciate having to contact them via email only (no phone number available) nor having to wait 2 months after placing the order instead of 7-10 days. Had I not saved the info available to inquire, I may not have been able to even get my refund of $113.00 processed. I particularly empathize with elderly, disorganized, and non-tech savvy individuals who order from this company.

Your Customer service representative, JJ did a great job responding to my email promptly and refunding the money for my order. Took away one star due to waiting for the product ordered and having to contact Supply Center about the order’s status rather than Supply Company contacting me to tell me that my order could not be fulfilled at this time.

Your rep, JJ, helped me learn more about your company and policy intricacies. I wonder why your default shipping center is TB after I have entered my address in California? Your literature says TB is the shipping designation for Tampa Bay city limits?? I will try again. Its December 29, 2024.
