Thank you for getting back to me as fast as you can. I do not know why your email did not work but leaving the one started. But I do thank you for that information and I will relate back to my mom I hope that you guys can get this product bad thing because she likes that shampoo. She likes to smell of it and it reminds her of her honeymoon. I thank you again. I understand that they did not give you an answer but it would have been nice to get an answer or an email that says I'm sorry we are having problems at this time. I do thank you for the information that you got back to me as fast as you can.

Excellent communicators with problem resolved quick.

The representative "TT" response time was phenomenal. He responded to my email within 10 minutes. My money was refunded. I wish the website was more transparent of the products shipment status. Especially, with products that are in demand.

Very easy to use and fast processing.

Although I am displeased hearing that I will not receive my products, I am happy with the way customer service handled my case. They explained to me about the outage of supply by the manufacturer, and that they would refund my money. They also provided further resources & suggested that I check them out. I wish I had not waited over 30 days to contact the company to find out why I hadn’t received my order yet. Well, the only way to contact the supplier company was through email, and my email had not been working for a month. I was hoping to find a phone number to call instead. But, it’s all good now the way it worked out.

The person who helped me was very quick to return my problem with the order & give me god information about why the order could not be filled.

They had a nausea medicine I wanted for a friend. Website said shipping would be 14-21 days I think. I thought that was a little longer than average but I let it go. Website says don't call for order update until 'X' number of days after expected arrival. Ok. Website didn't work very well trying to check order status so I didn't have to call, which seems to be frowned upon. Finally an email response explained a problem with production. And a cancelled order. And a refund. They also said try again in about 6 months.

I would like to speak on response time of having my questions answered. When I went to check the status of my order, the company refunded me me money. so, I wasn't sure of why my money was refunded I ask. The response time was within the hour and I really appreciated them getting back to me and letting me know. Normally, there is a 24 to 48 hour reply back.
