Sent an email since my order hadn’t arrived and TT replied right away and provided me with a refund.

they were very good at communitcating, even though thier site was down.

I see a lot of negative reviews, but not my experience. I emailed that my order did not arrive, after checking TT found because of a supply chain issue, my 3 pairs of shoes were not available at the present time, he then asked if I wanted to wait or get a refund and that would take up to 3 business days? I chose a refund; TT then promptly issued a refund and within 48 hours it posted back to my credit card. They are a legitimate company, being the prices are so low, it makes sense that their vendors can run out of a product. TT-thank you for the excellent support... Jasoninflorida-USA
