Took awhile to prder

I mistakenly ordered two wrong items. I emailed within a couple of minutes of placing the order asking for it to be cancelled. Very quickly I received a response saying that it was canceled! Thanks ! EDIT. I placed a corrected order that same day - April 25. As of June 8th, I had not received my order or any other communication. I reached out about it and they gave me some story about one prodect wasn't available, so the cancelled my order and refunded my money. Very poor communication on their part. I do not plan to order from them again.

There's no chat line.

I waited a whole month before asking about my order. Then was told that an item is not available, so I'm getting a refund. While I appreciate the refund, why didn't Supply Center contact me sooner?? Yhis is my First time attempting to order from them.

Shipping charges are out of line
