I do believe this is a scam. The checkout page says enter your zipcode to calculate shipping options. After you enter your zipcode, a free shipping option labeled "TB" comes up, with no further information. If you go into the website's FAQ it explains that it is for Tampa Bay only, but who looks at a FAQ page before buying something? If you select this option and check out, the product will never arrive. Customer service is quick to refund you if you notice, and that is a plus. Most scams do not function that way -- but how many people notice? They blame you for choosing "the wrong shipping option" but all reviews on this site describe this problem -- they definitely have known that the website functions like this for a long time.

Sent email to inquire about my order today 12/28/24. Will wait until Monday 12/30/24 for response. I received a email on 12/2/24 upon ordering as follows: "Updated December 2, 2024 This shipment is on its way." It appears that I did not see the "TB" (Tampa Bay) was for free shipping and do not recall another option when ordering. I will update this review when and if they respond.
