I had not received any updates on my order so I reached out. I was very surprised at how quickly a response was made. I was given a refund for product that could not be gotten from shipping warehouse, that does make me sad. Was looking forward to product.

There were many delays: product ordered was not available; the winter weather at this end caused understandable delays regarding promised refunds. I began to think this was a scam but JJ wrote back very informative and understanding responses, so I began to trust what he said. There were more delays in the actual refund but I think it was weather related, and I had not double checked with my credit card people. When I did, the reimbursement was there! So all in all it was handled well, unlike some other companies who were in the scam business. Not so for this one!

The prices for calcium and vitamin supplements was very good. A good savings over what I used to pay Amazon. Just wish the delivery time was faster.

This was my first time ordering. I waited a month for my order and then contacted them by email as required. The product I ordered was not available but Jj responded immediately to my email and refunded me.

I got help right away when i notified the company. was very good!

I never got my product and had to ask about it before I found out it was cancelled and then they refunded my money. The response was quick which lead to the 4 rating.
