I paid for a product and did not recive it coustomer sevice is not availble

On Feb. 20 2025 I made an order for Brite Eyesll. On Feb 20 2025y credit card was charged for the amount stated. It is now March 18 2025 and I have not gotten a confirmation email, or the product. Nor can I find anyway to contact the company to get information about my order. I will never do business, nor will I recommend them to anyone. I will file a fraudulent claim to my credit card this week.

A complete scam I would not recommend. They take your money and never deliver the product.

This company simply harvested my credit card data and subsequently did not provide the products advertised. There are many reviews here by people giving a high rating because their purchase was quickly refunded because the item was no longer available. Apparently they don't realize that although they lost no money their information has been harvested and perhaps there was no actual product to begin with.

I place an order that was to arrive in 14-28 business days. I contacted them after 35 business days and got an immediate response saying I was being refunded my money within 10 business days. There was absolutely no communication from them the entire time, and I have serious concerns about my refund. No explanation was given.

As a company they failed horribly. Two weeks ago I placed an order that was to ship in 2 days. Finally I emailed them to see where my order was. JJ answered my email and said the supplier can’t get the product and my money would be refunded. If I wouldn’t have emailed them, would I have ever got my money back? Although JJ was wonderful, the company is not. I will never order from them again.

Supply Center U.S.A. borrowed my money interest free for a month and only refunded me after I demanded they ship what they sold me. They had no intention of fulfilling my order. It’s a form of bait and switch. Read through consumer responses here on TrustPilot. Hardly any received their orders but so many seemed thrilled just to hear back from customer service or to receive a refund. I will not join that chorus. Supply Center U.S.A. is a scam and I will be reporting them.

This is a scam website. Happy to take your money, not deliver your order, and leave no way to contact them. They are a fraud. Do not order from these crooks.
