Discount coupon available on initial screens disappeared once i got to checkout. Went back to find it and could not be found.

I ordered some lotion but unfortunately the manufacturer was having issues meeting demand. They were very transparent about their issues with Warehouse inventory and why they couldn't fill my order. They canceled my order and refunded my total without me having to jump through any hoops. They knew it was beyond their control and let me know that.

JJ is a good worker, but the company is not. The WEB has something that is not in stock in reality. It makes the company unreliable. I ordered 4 Carlson, Key-E Suppositories, 24 Inserts on Jan 22nd. After 28 days passed I asked where is my order. The answer was, that you don't have it, and the order is canceled.

JJ was very helpful and I appreciate it. I didn't rate 5 stars only because I had to contact the company to find out what the hold up was. It's my first time ordering from you and it didn't turn out as well as I had hoped.

I would have liked a discount as a first time buyer.
