When I was finally able to contact Supply Center USA more than a month after I sent in my order they emailed me back that they were having a hard time finding one of the products on my list so they canceled my order. I will see if I get the money back. So they used my money interest free for a month while I waited for my items to be delivered. I will never order from this company again. By the way, they said they had all my products in stock and took my money immediately. I feel they used me for a no cost loan. BEWARE!!!

Ordered February 28th, today is March 25th. Nothing has arrived, and my order still just says "order received!" Well that's swell, but maybe you could actually SHIP IT TO ME?? Canceled it today. Maybe they make their money by just holding onto it, and making interest on it, until you demand it back.

I placed an order for Dove Shampoo nearly 2 months ago and have not received my order.

Scam Alert! I placed an order December 17th, 2024, they never shipped to product. It looks like this is their business model, they continue to write fake reviews to make themselves look reputable. You need to dispute charges with VISA or Master Card right away, don’t let them hold your money. Stay Away!

dogsh*t company that doesn't exist, they scam and have nothing in stock. Buyer beware they steal credit card information and will never deliver anything

Waited patiently, a FULL 4 weeks for my order to arrive... and it never did. I put the amount charged to my credit card in dispute online (the bank's site that issued the card) and got an instant refund. The next day, and what a [strange] coincidence, Supply Center USA sent me an automated e-mail stating that they issued a refund to my credit card. From what I've read about Supply Center USA, all the legit negatives, it appears to be a scam site, existing only, to get credit card info, with no real intention of shipping your order, as it is "out-of-stock" or [possibly] never in stock.

I placed an order, and after waiting over a week and getting no shipping notifications. I contacted the company Only for them to tell me they didn't have the items and could never have fulfilled my order. A sleazy company to take orders for items they don't have, and only refund people for their unfilled orders after they complain. Don't waste your time buying from Supply Center USA.
